RHQ labour charges start from the time we reach your premises until the time we leave your premises and are charged in 15 minute increments. You will be asked to sign acknowledgement of these start and finish times on your invoice.

EG,  0-15mins = 15mins, 16-30mins = 30mins, 31-45mins = 45mins, 46-60mins = 1 hr.

 

RHQ charges a Call Out Fee for each job at your business.

 

Normal Labour Rates are between 7.30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday

 

Overtime Labour Rates are from 4 pm to 7.30 am Monday to Friday and all Weekends and Public Holidays.

 

Christmas Day and Good Friday have their own Call Out Fee and a minimum charge of 3 hours.

 

If parts are required for a job the time taken to pick up those parts is charged at standard labour rates ( Normal or Overtime Rates) and is charged in 15 minute increments.

 

The City Surcharge is applicable to all Customers in the CBD and Fortitude Valley except where the Customer provides free parking for the vans, and is payable per trip.

EG -1 trip 1 surcharge, 2 trips 2 surcharges and so on.

 

Bay Island Customers will incur Travelling Time, Mileage charges and will be charged for any Ferry or Barge fees.

 

Mileage and Travelling time charges are applicable for all Customers outside the RHQ - Brisbane Metro Area (see map on website for boundaries). Travelling time is charged as per standard labour rates (Normal or Overtime Rates) and is charged in 15 minute increments. Mileage is charged per kilometre. These charges are calculated from RHQ to you and back to RHQ.

 

All RHQ charges are subject to RHQ Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply and Sale.
